We do not guarantee rates, schedules, bookings, connections, or the handling of personal belongings by any supplier unless the term “guaranteed” is clearly stated on your invoice, itinerary, or travel documents.
Our suppliers are not liable for any delays or damages resulting from events beyond their control. These may include (but are not limited to) political unrest, public health emergencies, adverse weather, mechanical failures, natural disasters, criminal acts, terrorism, civil disturbances, or changes in laws and regulations. These risks are part of the unpredictability of travel, and neither AirLineTravelSupport nor its suppliers can be held responsible for such events.
It is the responsibility of you and your group members to ensure that all travel documents are valid and up to date. This includes passports, visas, vaccinations, entry permits, and any other legal or health-related requirements. AirLineTravelSupport and our partners cannot be held liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documentation. We highly encourage all travelers to review current travel advisories issued by the U.S. Department of State and updates from public health authorities before departure.
Additionally, we strongly advise all travelers to purchase appropriate travel insurance. Comprehensive coverage can help mitigate risks associated with medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, or unexpected travel interruptions.
